When I first started working in ABA, I never imagined how much this field would impact my life. My name is Trinity, and I’m an RBT at Dedicated Healthcare. I began my journey here in 2023 and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with many clients and families.
I was drawn to ABA therapy because my younger brother has autism. It mattered to me that he has the best life possible, and I became an RBT when I graduated college. Over time, this work has become more than just a job—it’s become a meaningful part of my life. One of the most memorable experiences I’ve had was when my client handed me a “I need space” card instead of having a big tantrum. It was absolutely amazing to see his independence grow and get to watch his parent see him learn in real time. Moments like these remind me why I chose this field and how small, consistent steps can create real change. Every family brings their own story, and being part of their loved one’s growth is something I deeply value.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, concerts, and spending time with my cats, which help me bring creativity and balance into my daily life. ABA has shown me that progress happens in many forms—sometimes through big milestones, and sometimes through quiet, powerful moments. I’m proud to be part of a team that not only supports families with compassion, dedication, and heart, but also utilizes evidence-based ABA strategies to create personalized plans tailored to each client’s unique identity, needs, and goals. Just as we center our clients, we also invest in our team members—helping them grow within the field and feel truly seen and supported.
